Program Schedule
This program will be offered in two separate sessions to accommodate the busy schedules of women in leadership roles.Â
Session 1:
- Breaking through Barriers Workshop Intensive – September 18, 12 PM – 4:30 PM ET
- Bridging the Gap Summit – September 21, 12 PM – 6 PM ET
Session 2:
- Breaking through Barriers Workshop Intensive –Â September 25, 12 PM – 4:30 PM ET
- Bridging the Gap Summit –Â September 28, 12 PM – 6 PM ET
Participants from both sessions will be invited to a networking capstone event in the months following to reconvene with peers, evaluate the progress made towards their commitments from the spring, and to share best practices for the path forward.
Breaking through Barriers Workshop Intensive
Our Breaking through Barriers Intensives on September 18 and September 25 are designed to focus on the unique challenges of women in mid-level academic leadership roles. Through presentations, collaborative breakouts, and guided exercises, the intensive will explore double standards, navigating conflict, and more.
Bridging the Gap Summit
The Bridging the Gap Summits on September 21 and September 28Â will bring together women from across leadership levels and their allies for a series of important exercises and conversations around systemic barriers, intersectional viewpoints, and transformational ideas.Â
